I was recommend Simon from someone on Facebook, I had a shredded screw stuck In a backbone I had previously that day taken it to every local repair place to try and get it removed! Phoned up Simon as xbox kept turning off. Left it with him & within about 2hrs had a call saying all done. Simon showed me pictures what the problem was & while there did a full service on it. When I got it back looked as good as new. Have been on it... alot since getting it back working better than ever & no turning itself off. All I can say is top guy & knows what he is doing & his prices are fantastic. If you have a problem with your console please give Simon a call you will not be disappointed.
Simon was absolutely amazing. I messaged him on a Sunday evening about an issue with my Sons PS5 overheating. He responded within half an hour & after a few messages he agreed to take a look for me. I dropped it into him on Tuesday morning & had it ...back, repaired, by the following afternoon. The service & his responsiveness was exceptional & he was such a nice guy too.
